Cancellation Policy 

non-refundable deposit required to hold date and time.

The remaining balance after the deposit is required on the day of the event.

We require notification 48 hours prior to the event of any changes. If Great Escape is not notified within that time period, you will be responsible for full payment of the amount listed on this event order.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 14 days' notice, you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any event canceled with less than 14 days will forfeit its deposit.
